Terms of Service
1. Service operator
Nimbly is a service operated by DIPLEO TECHNOLOGIES, S.L., company number B23923832, registered address Carrer Sagues, 27, 08021 Barcelona, Spain. Contact: hello@nimblymath.com.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using Nimbly you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. Continued use after any modification of the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
3. Description of the service
Nimbly is an adaptive cognitive training platform offering daily 10-minute sessions designed to measurably improve mental processing speed, number sense, and working memory. The service is available at app.nimblymath.com.
4. Account registration
Access to the service requires registration with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@nimblymath.com.
5. Plans and pricing
- Free plan: 15 problems per day, brain speed score, and basic skill map. No credit card required.
- Pro plan: unlimited training, full AI adaptive engine, advanced reports, and all features described on the pricing page. Price: €4.99/month or €39/year (VAT included).
We reserve the right to change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your profile. Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for unused time in the current period, except as required by applicable law or the withdrawal right described in our Subscription Agreement.
7. Intellectual property
All content, software, algorithms, design, and trademarks of Nimbly are the exclusive property of DIPLEO TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the service; no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
8. Acceptable use
You must not: (a) use the service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt unauthorised access to any systems or data; (c) automate use of the service via bots or scripts; (d) resell or sublicense access to Nimbly.
9. Limitation of liability
Nimbly is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. DIPLEO TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts of Barcelona for any dispute arising hereunder, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection jurisdiction.
